Not new, but a trend: VERY dirty NY subway stations.

First of all: all subways are dirty. Even in Japan or Germany. You always find a candy paper. Or wet footsteps, when it rains outside.

But dirt and DIRT are two different words. And I am not talking about a remote station somewhere in East Brooklyn - this is actually 34th street. Right, next to the Empire State Building.

What is that stuff down there... yes... its glowing... blue...
