Game or Comic
In the begining you have to choose one of this classes:
Scout, Soldier, Pyro, Demoman, Heavy, Engineer, Medic, Sniper and Spy. Each class has his own weapons and taunts. You can use taunts after you have killed an enemy after killing him in an especiely way (i thin it is very fun).
