Ok, with the launch of Klatcher V2.0 on May 7th,
2009 - the 10th anniversary of the independence from the failed academic system
- my mind is focusing again on the advancement of Sophotec's core mission, the
development of the first visual knowledge technology. And it's time to push
Visual knowledge into the fourth generation - after ppt based models at
Humboldt University's department of psychology, the Flash based version of the
Brand Model, and the current third generation of hand sketched balck and white
models.
The fourth generation - due this month 2009 - will mainly be a process innovation, after we came very close to the ideal balance between transfer speed and production effectiveness with the hand sketches in the Credit Crisis and Web3.0.
So now, I will take it to the next level - division of thinking and modeling labor - to improve speed and output. The plan is to hire a skilled hand sketch and ppt support brain - probably a student from Stanford University - for a 10h/week job with whom I will discuss the newest models. The goal:
1) Improve sketching aesthetics and speed of understanding
2) (heavily) increase visual knowledge output. Here, I aim at 8 new units a month - compared to the current output of 4 units per 5 months (a productivity disaster!)
Next step: finding the visual brain to do it!
Stay tuned - it's getting more and more exciting...
